Child Has Cough, Nose Bleed, Red Rash Behind Ears, Swollen Neck. Does He Need Anything?

My son is 4 he has a persistent cough for about 4 weeks now and has a few nose bleeds but my main concern is today he has come out ina blotchy flat red rash behing the ears and slightly down the sides of his neck the are looks swollen too. Just wanting to make sure its nothing to worry about or if he needs anything? I would really appreciate any advice

hi..rashes of this kind may happen with Viral infections. Please watch for the progression of the rash.You MUST visits a doctor to assess the cough/ nose bleeds..viral rashes frequently resolve on theirs own, however antipyretics/anti histaminics may be retired in certain cases.
