Child feeling weak, having gastric and constipation problems. Treatment?

hello Doctor , i am XXX ,mother of 2 months old daughter. she is very week as i was suffering from preclamsia during my pregnancy . my daughter spits milk very quickly after every feed and has constipation . she always cries cz of gasses. please help me.

You need to feed your baby every two hours as your milk is the only food for her at this age. to get suffient and rich milk you need to have a very high calorie and rich diet with dry fruits,ghee,full fat milk,eggs,green leafy vegetables,etc which enhances milk production.
Soon after feeding dont put her on bed.for few minutes take your baby on your shoulders put your hand on her back massaging/tapping gently till she gets a burp .this helps in reducing spitting milk and reduces gas and helps in digestion.
