Child. Viral Fever Followed By Bout Of Cough And Cold. Diagnosed Mild Wheezing, Prescribed Asthalin Syrup. Can Dilo BM Given Instead?

Hi doctor. my 2.5 year old girl had viral fever a week ago. the same got reversed however she had a bout of cough and cold. doctor examined her and told us that she has mild wheezing and prescribed asthalin syrup.. its been over 5 days, the coughing episodes have reduced however she still intermittenly coughs.. can i give her dilo BM instead?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum .
As child is a patient of allergic bronchitis .
Since , as you stated that most of cough has gone , so in my opinion continue asthalin syrup as it will take 2-3 more days for complete recovery .
As dilo B M 's ingredients are terbutaline + , so in my opinion this will cause mild tremors ( shivers ) in child , so not good .
