Child. Hairfall After Typhoid Attack. On Good Diet And Vitamins. Remedy?

Hi there my 3 and half year daughter had typhoid and she been in the hospital for one month. She recovered in End of February 2013 and its almost 4 months passed but she loosing her fair. I am very worried. We are giving her a good diet and the vitamins but nothing happening.
Could you please let me know that how long its take to get back to the normal position and stop falling hair.
