Chest Pressure, Smoked Cannabis, Rumbling Sound, Sweating. Causes And Treatment?

Hello! I m an 18 year old boy from XXXXXX that has been experiencing a pressure againts my chest the last week. I Have smoked cannabis for 3 years almost daily, but i quit for about a week ago because of extra pressure when high. The thing is that when i lay down, or sit still, i can feel a pressure towards the chest/upper stomach . Its almost like my chest is hungry, it makes a hunger noise and i also start sweating. It is freaking me out and i wonder if u would know what i could be ?

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. You also knows what it is , it is the withdrayal symptoms you are experiencing. Latter i suggest you some non medical methods to overcome this. For the present you try to get acostommed for this, if you feel difficult i advise you to consult a psychiatrist for treatment. don't wait till you go back to cannabis.
besides i advise you some diet recomendations as divertion procedures as yoga , meditation, reading books especially while sleeping, hearing music, if interested gardening.
Diet recomendations as take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, milk , egg, meat, fruits juices, and dry fruits to improve blood, general health, well being, and resestance to over come this situation. Wishing for a quick recovery, and thanks for calling.
