Chest Pain, Radiated To Jaw, Shoulders, Back. History Of Colitis, Arthritis, Autoimmune Issues. Reason For Pain?

Hi, I am a patient with Crohn's/Colitis. I have associated arthritis and other autoimmune issues. A few days ago I was admitted to the hospital for crushing chest pain which radiated to my jaw, shoulders and back. All findings were that it was not cardiac. My question is, could this be part of the whole autoimmune disease?

I think it could all be related to your autoimmune issues. If they have thoroughly evaluated you for cardiac issues and didn't find anything...then it's definately a possibility. I presume you have had a formal Cardiology evaluation? If so...you might want to see what your GI doc can reccommend.
