Chest Pain, Pricking Sensation. EKG, Blood Pressure, Heart X-ray Normal. Causes For Pain?

Hi,I ve been having chest pains like as if I m being dig by a needle sometimes I went to my doctor and to the heart doctor they made an X-ray and saw no imflamation and my heart is perfect I still have the pains I went to the emergency room I had a ekg and had my blood pressure check out everything is perfect what can be my problem I m 29 5 11 224 pounds

Hi,
Welcome to HCM
You are having chest pain but charecter is not like cardiac pain ,it is good you checked with EKG and X ray chest,these are atypical chest pain and may have various causes like acid peptic disorder,muscular or nerve pain.
All such pain are to be suspected and treated accordingly and many times only anxiety and stress can cause pain.
In case you worry a lot get a Echocardiography and Stess Test if they are normal you can be almost sure that there is no sinificant heart disease.
Your weight is 224 pound for 5'11'' is over weight/Obese.
Kindly take care of weight and diet and regular exercise programme.
