Chest Pain, Indentation In Chest, Hurts To Touch

Hi about a week and half ago my chest started to hurt as i was rubbing it i noticed in the middle of my breast it was really sore and it was caved in about a quarter size hole. Today I was rubbing my chest because i was feeling a little pain and notice that i couldnt even touch that area it hurt so bad and i still do have the quarter size hole like my chest bone has been broken?

The pain and the indentation can be due to a local inflammation or an infection. It needs a direct examination for proper diagnosis. Till then you can take a mild pain killer and do a hot fomentation in the area for relief.
