I am just out a little over two months out of heart surgery..I had a the mitral valve replaced..I went into Afib hafter 2 weeks I am now taking 1 200 mg of Amiodarone....it helped ...it is in the middle of the and I am having chest pain and it is hard to breath..but I don't feel awful my pulse is a little high Nd my blood pressure is a little high...do I seek help immediately

A post mitral valve replacement status with shortness of breath definitely warrants examination and assessment by your doctor. There is no doubt that you should go to ER and get examined.
There are two serious issues in these kind of scenarios; obstruction and infection of valve. Both should be promptly ruled out.
