Chest Pain, Burning, Took Antacid Chewable, Bayer Aspirin Coated. Heart Related Disease?

I have sharp chest pain that lasts 2-3 seconds long.
they tend to come and go every ten mins or so.
I have been burping a lot.
the pain was really bad the first day but its dulling out
its been two day so far and I got it to go away on day one with gaviscon anti acid chewable took two of those. Then took Bayer aspirin coated tablets took two of those as well.
im 22 5'11 300 ibs
my resting beats per min goes from 79-86

so my question is it is heart related or acid

Well by the symptoms you are telling me the most probable cause of your pain is Stomach acidity. following symptoms exclude your heart disease.

1)Burping alot
2) pain is dulling out while cardiac pain increases with every next day until u do proper treatment for it.
3) By using antacid (those drugs which decrease stomach acidty) your pain get relieved.

so i suggest you to get relax and its simple stomach acidity problem. and i recommend following drug for you

Capsule Risek 40 mg --- (1 capsule before 30 minutes of breakfast ) --- take for ten days.

Your stomach problem will be ok with the above medication.

but if you are very conscious about heart problem. I recommend ETT (exercise Tolerance Test) for you. it is a test in which we make you run and increase your heart beat and we check your heart at the same time. if you pass this test it means your heart is geting enough blood to continue its action during exercise.

and dear dont worry at the age of 22 this is very unlikely to get heart disease. so just enjoy your life :)
