Changed BP Tablets From Primodil To Olmat. Bleeding Through Nose And Throat. Side Effects?

Earlier i am taking Primodil AT tablet for controlling BP atleast 4 yrs .Now my doctor changed it to Olmat-20 AMH. even my blood pressure remain normal on Primpdil At tablet.I am facing backace and some times blood came in my riight nose, is it side effect of this medicine, dopctor say blood cames in throat and in nose due to sinuistis. Pl. reply .

Bleeding through your nose might be because of local pathology or due to hypertension. Your doctor would have changed from double drug to triple drug combination since your target BP goal for therapy might not have been achieved.But Olmat AMH will not cause bleeding.Get an ENT evaluation to diagnose the exact cause of bleeding.Take care.Hope this helps.
