Chances Of STD Through The Saliva?

hello sir. i had sex with a hooker around one and a half month back and i kissed her on lips.though neither of us were having any open sores near mouth or on lips but i am afraid of STD as i cant remember if saliva was exchanged b/w us.can u please list the symptoms and when these symptoms will show up.

Welcome to HCM,
Yes, you can catch herpes just from kissing someone on the mouth. And you may get HIV if you have any cuts or sores in the mouth and has a chance of infection during open-mouthed kissing.
Even when you don't see any signs of an STD, an infected person can pass the infection along.
Painful blisters over and around the lips, red and white patches in the oral mucosa.
But you have to undergo examination to find out the sores and history of exposure is very important.
