Hi!
welcome to HCM!
your lipid profile levels indicates Total cholesterol-253 which is high.HDL 39 which is below 40 and hence not very healthy.LDL 130 which is borderline that is higher side of normal.Triglycerides-435 which is high, VLDL-87 which is also high.
It's important to keep your cholesterol levels within healthy limits. If you have other risk factors for developing heart disease, you need to be even more careful — especially with your low-density lipoprotein (LDL), or "bad," cholesterol level. emphasize diet, exercise, and weight loss to reduce cholesterol. Medications are another important option to lower heart disease risk.
Having a high level of triglycerides, can also increase your risk of heart disease. However, the same lifestyle choices that promote overall health can help lower your triglycerides and raise HDL to healthy levels, too
your liver enzymes are raised important causes for elevated SGPT include viral hepatitis , fatty liver, certain hepatotoxic drugs, and autoimmune liver diseases. has your ultrasound shown fatty liver?
You can consult a Gastroenterologist who can help in determining the exact cause for your high SGPT..
hope this will help you.
take care!

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Consult an Internist

Need life style changes – diet (qualitative and quantitative) and exercise / A dietician will be of great help
Need to fast 14 hours for the test?
Alcohol? – must be stopped.
Repeat lipids after a month; if not controlled, fibrates will be a better choice

Liver enzymes need to be repeated after 2 weeks... Values more than 3 times the upper limit are ‘significant’ and need further assessment immediately. Could be alcohol? Viral markers and ultrasound may be necessary..
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
Good luck
