Cause For Child Having Bumps Around The Rectum?

My three-year-old daughter has what looks like blister or pimple like bumps around her rectum. They started out with only one bump that looked like a white head or simple pimple but that was like three weeks ago and now they are spreading. What could this be and do I need to have her treated?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern the given history is suggestive of some viral infection of skin here the way to treat this lesion would be Gentian violet 1% to be applied of the skin lesion this would be alright if this doe not responds to this drug then better to see the doctor for clinical examination, in case of skin lesion clinical look is the only way of diagnosis (Clinical) hope this information helps you, have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
