Cause For Blue Vein In The Leg?
suddenly there is a long painless and flat blue (colour of veins but not vein) on my inside lower right leg it is not unlike a pyramid shape. what could it be? it's not raised like a vein would be in fact it's just a colour under the skin.

Regarding flat blue painless vein there are 2 possibilities :
1.Varicosity of Saphenous tributary
2.Non-specific idiopathic appearance of vein remotely concerned with minute
undetectable perfusion disturbance.
Can undergo Doppler Ultrasound for final diagnosis .
