Can You Recommend An Almond Milk Which Does Not Have Any Additives?
I have recently been diagnosed with gastritis and am drinking a protein pedi called drink wholesome…I have bee using Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk, but recently read an article saying it contains additives like sunflower lecithin, gellan gum, and natural flavors that r not good for u.. Is that true and if so, can u recommend an almond milk with no additives? Ty…

Most of the almond milk you can find in grocery store contains additives. If you want pure almond milk you can produce it at home using almonds.
