Can you infect your partner with diagnosed chlamydia after unprotected sex ?

i was treated for chlamydia and had unprotected sex after 6 days of being treated. is there anyway that i would have infected my partner?

Recurrence of chlamydia infection is quite common.So transmission to partners during unprotected sex is quite possible.
