Can We Reduce Blockage In Heart Through Medicaton?

Hello doctor, my dad just suffered a heart attack two days back, initially doctors had put him under medication to open the blockage, followed by angiography in which two arteries have been found to be blocked, one 90% and another 75%, doctor did angioplasty and stent on the 90% artery but said that we can examine the 80% one one month later, he said 80% one cud not be touched due to a problem with the kidney, certaine being 1.94...he also says we may be able to reduce the 80% blockage with medication over a period of one month... pls advice if we are on the right path
