Can Vomiting, Insomnia And Heart Problems Be Due To Tobacco Withdrawal Symptoms?

i was eating gutka for 3 months now for past 2 months im not eating anything im not even touching gutka or pan masala but i came acrosss many side effects on gutka and im feeling the same im 20 year old boy like vomitting problem realted to heart insomania and im preety scred i don't want to die please some one talk to me

Welcome to HCM.
You have symptoms like insomnia, vomiting, increased heart beats.
I think these problems of yours are most probably due to withdrawl of tobacco. The symptoms of withdrawl may persist for long in some persons. But i dont think these would be life-threatening. So you need not worry.
For the control of these symptoms you can visit a physician.
Vomiting can be controlled by taking ondansetron. For insomnia and increased heart beat, ativan can be taken. But these are prescription drugs.
