Can Voice Hoarseness, Sleeping With Lip Twitching Be Signs Of Meth Use?

im curious my husband used to be a meth user i have some what suspision hes using again hes voice changes at first and sleeping allover the place and has aslight twich in lower lip and jaw should i be concerned as for the other 5 days of the week this does not happen

Doubtful.
These are very non-specific signs.
Post-nasal drip, reflux, PREVIOUS meth use which increases the risk of these, sinus infection, sleep apnea, are some of many other possibilities BUT... meth is a stimulant. Changes in sleep such as NOT SLEEPING AT ALL would be much more of an indication. Frankly, I'm not sure someone with significant meth use would be sleeping.
