Can Using MDMA Post Recovery From Mono Cause Long Term Health Risks?
Early in July I got mono, I feel completely fine now and have been resting a lot recently. I plan on trying mdma within the next few days (I know, I shouldn t be doing this but I just want to try it). Would doing this, after recently having mono, give me some sort of long term health risks? Could it potentially kill me? What will happen? Will it be a normal high or will it be bad? I don t want to do this if it will effect me in a really bad way down the road
Not any more than not having had mono if the mono is gone. MDMA and other addictive drugs are pretty much always a bad idea. Let's assume that it really does something grand and without any bad effects. The normal chemistry is stomped by this addition of huge amounts of a substance that replaces normal chemical signaling.
The normal signals of whatever the addictive drug does goes away because it has been replaced. The normal wiring expects to react ONLY to ENORMOUS amounts of signal. And, whatever was the good effect of the drug will be gone for weeks to months after the drug is stopped. This happens with LIGHT. If you are in a bright area, your visual wiring from the back of the head up to the front of the eye expects BRIGHT LIGHT and without it, everything is dark for several minutes.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
