General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to healthcare magic.
I can understand your concern.
Use of Lobate-GM is unlikely to cause impotency.

The ointment Lobate GM contains antibacterial, antifungal and steroid. It is used in case of mixed skin infection caused by bacterial & fungus. Since it is used only on the affected area it is generally a safe medication however on prolonged use it can cause thinning of the skin with red irritated skin or even hair growth at the site of its application. The risk of affecting the reproductive system or causing impotency is negligible as the amount of drug that absorbed is very minimal. Hope to have answered your query.
A feed back is appreciated.
