I am Dr. Shiv & I will be answering your question...
You should increase fibers in your diet and take prebiotics and probiotics capsules for a month.
Take curd and butturmilk more in your diet.
Don't overuse oral analgesics for your back pain... instead use some locally applied gel or sprays to relieve your back pain.
Do physical exercise and yoga , this will be helpful in longtime.

Avoid spicy and oily food. Avoid fast food.

I hope this will be helpful for you and you will be better soon.
