Hello and welcome to HCM,
At 3 weeks of pregnancy, termination of pregnancy needs to be done under medical supervision.
First of all an ultrasound abdomen needs to be done to identify the site of pregnancy.
Medication termination of pregnancy can only be done if it is uterine pregnancy.
Tubal pregnancy is a contraindication for medical termination.
Medical termination or use of drugs for termination of pregnancy can cause excessive bleeding so it should be done under medical supervision.
The drugs used for this purpose are progesterones and prostaglandins and they have to be prescribed by a gynaecologist.

Thanks and take care
