Can Unprotected Anal Sex Lead To Sexually Transmitted Diseases?

I had a one time, few moments exposure to unprotected homosexual anal sex. I was the one performing anal (top) and he was receiving. In the heat of things, it only last a few moments in which I ejaculated inside him. He says he is clean but I am still unsure. Can you help me?

Hello
Anal unprotected sex is much more efficient mode of transmission of sexually transmitted disease so get in VDRL test for confirmation .
Anal intercourse is most common mode of transmission of HIV infection . Anal douching and sexual practices that traumatized the rectal mucosa also increase the likelihood of infection.
So get in P24 rapid nucleic acid amplification ( pcr , rna ) after 3 weeks of primary contract .
Hope this will help you.
