Can Tobacco And Alcohol Consumption Cause Abdominal Pain While Having Malaria And Dengue?

Hello Doctor, I was diagnosed with malaria, typhoid and dengue 3 weeks ago, I was recovering well with medicine and my CBC reports where normal. But due to some stress I consumed alcohol for 3days last week and also I chew tobacco. Now I have severe pain in my abdomin and there is blotting also. I am really scared please help me.

The alcohol can aggravate the stomach and may also cause issues with a liver that may have been impacted by your illnesses.

It is likely not serious and should resolve with treatment but you should speak to your doctor so that you can be assessed.
