Can Tiredness Be A Side Effect Of Masturbation ?
i masturbate at a period of 2 days which makes me feel tired, i am not active as othere are,i am 21 yr old. i feel sleepy all time.after masturmating i think i won t do it again but i don t know what happens to me at night time .i masturbate. i cann t remember thing for long as other do. it affect my studies also. i m engineering student. if i do any more physical work i gets tired early

Masturbation causes natural relaxation of all muscles which can be perceived as tiredness. Masturbation is normal if done in moderation but your situation sounds otherwise please consult a therapist immediately
