Can Tilting Of The Head On Sitting Down Indicate MS Or Something Else In An MS Affected Patient?

My mother has MS and lately I have noticed that when she is sitting down, her head starts to tilt back as if she is looking at the sky. I am curious as if this is just a symptom of the MS, or if it is possible that there could be something else going on.

1. Demyelination in multiple sclerosis (MS) may cause damage to the nervous system resulting in head tilt. [Transcranial Doppler of middle cerebral artery for blood flow and MRI brain to rule out lesion in cerebellum can help your Doctor and yourself for further investigations and management.

2. lots of head tilt are due to double vision and tilting your head fixes the gaze, and perhaps with MS there might be involvement of neck muscles also, its good to see a neuro ophthalmologist.
