Can Three Times Of Arkamin Causes Weak And Sleepy Feeling?

I am taking 20mg of telmisartan with 100mcg of arkamin in the morning again one tab of arkamin in the afternoon and one tab of arkamin in the night. My bp is normal in the rangrpe of 130-140 systolic and 70-80 diastolic but I feel tired and week some time in the day and feel like going to sleep.may I know why ?

Hi,
Arkamin(clonidine)'s side effects are such as headache, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, erectile dysfunction, sleep disorder and depression. So the fatigue and sleepiness you feel during the day may be caused by arkamin.
I would recommend you to check with your doctor, and complain about the side effects so he/she can switch to another medicine which suits you better, and there are a lot of them.
