Can There Be A Relation Between Pain Due To Lump And Dizziness And Have Lumbar Dis Herniation And Spinal Stenosis Lumbar Problem?

I am experiencing Dizziness and lightheadedness . I have a lump on the back of my neck near my cervical on the left side. i have lumbar dis Herniation and Spinal Stenois lumbar problem. I need to know do i need to see an neurologist.I am a type 2 diabetic. Blood Sugar reading is 110 at 7:10 PM. Can there be a casual relationship between the lunp pain and the Dizziness regarding my spinal promblems.

The symptoms you have described here and the lump you have, not related with each other but of course the diabetes could be the cause of your symptoms, and for that you have to keep the tight blood sugar level, away from the anxiety and depression, it will be fine soon no need to worry about this bye.
