Doctor, I have been masturbating daily (Sometimes even 2-3 times a day) for last 12 years. I am 27 year old unmarried boy. I know this can harm me but i cant control it. will my wife get conceived as my sperms quality may not be good. plz help me with this. Anurag

masturbation is a natural urge and does not affect sperm quality. so there is no cause to worry about conception. It may decrease your performance time with your partner. Sperm quality depends on status and healthy testes.
