Can The Medication Of Duphaston Cause Any Side Effects?
I have been diagnosed with threatened miscarriage and precribed duphaston, folic acid and blood tonic but few hours after taking the medication I experienced severe abdominal cramps and heavy bleeding with blood clots. What could be the reason please?

Suggestive of miscarriage. Based on the history you seem to have miscarriage (abortion). Because of its delayed onset of action, Duphastan was not so effective in preventing it. So, you must visit the emergency room of your nearby hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
