Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was prescribed reactine (20 mg) to take once a day. I am finding that it is no longer helping (I have been taking it for a month), but the symptoms are still present. Can I double the dosage (i.e., take 40 mg) or is there a risk associated with an increased dosage? I would not take them together, but instead put approximately 12 hours in between each 20 mg dosage. Thanks. I am a 36 yr old female.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned for what you are taking this medicine neither said anything about the symptoms that is not being came around or responding to this medicines ( If the medicine is Diclofenac one then ideal dose of this would be 50 mg once in day and this can be tried ) hope this information helps, take care.
