Can The Dosage Of Aspirin Be Increased To Deal With Severe Headache?

I am out of myperscription clopidogrel which is my blood thinner I also take an 80mg asprin daily I have been experiencing major headache and thought it might be my blood pressure. I can t afford the medication til next week should i increase the asprin I did use to be on 325mg a few months ago I am a bit concerned

Hello,

There is absolutely no need to worry as for pain aspirin can be taken up to 650 mg four times a day although the maximum daily dose of aspirin is up to 4000 mg per day. So yes you can take an extra dose of aspirin for your headache.
