Can Teething Cause Fever,loose Motion And Vomiting?
Hello sir,
I m Vivek Kamble from Mumbai. My 18 month son is suffering from fever and loose motions from last 4 days. The frequency of motion in him is seen 4-5 times in day. We have consulted with our pediatricain he has adviced us to give syrup septran,Rinifol, and other 2 medicines for loose motion then also my son is having same issues. I want to know the cause why this happens and how much time will it take to get cure. We r taking almost care of him . Time to time fluid intake so that he should not become dehydrated. His teeth r coming out may be the reason of loose motions. on first day he started with vomiting. Please help me in this.

Some children may have diarrhea at teething time.
Usually diarrhea in babies is viral and recover spontaneously.
No treatment is required.
At best sporolac one sachet may be given daily.
