Hi,

Water pills can alter the balance of blood electrolytes ending up in reduced levels. Your body is reacted through excess sweating to this loss. I advise to check your blood electrolytes and discuss with your doctor to take adequate supplements to replace them based on the results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
