Can Taking Warfarin Be Safe For Deep Vein Thrombosis?

Hi,I am 77years old, male 5 c6 145 pounds. I have dvt and have been taking warfarin for a number of years. Chronic lower back pain. Recently experiencing tingling throughout my left leg when I lie down. I swim two or three times/week and bicycle regularly during winter (Las Vegas) but lately only the swimming. I spend quite a bit of time sitting, tv, reading etc. Recently had normal one-year blood workup with no negative reports. Any ideas????

i have to tell you why you are taking warfarin uptill now..when is the last time you had DVT..i wonder you are still using it..your medical history has to be revised to see why to give you warfarin
