Can Taking Metrogyl And Sporadic Help Gain Relief From Loose Motions?

since last two days i have been suffering with loose motion - and taking tablets sporalac and metrozyl 400 tablets.Till now i am not been control over the situation .This two medicine i am taking without doctors consultation.
Also please note since last 7 day i am also taking tablets Diamox 250 daily once under neuro physician prescription.
kindly suggest what wrong with me.

Hi,
You are suffering from gastroenteritis also known as stomach flu.It is an intestinal infection marked by diarrhoea, cramps, nausea, vomiting and fever.However all symptoms are not present in every patient.Bacterial and viral infection causes inflammation in your stomach and intestines causing symptoms like vomiting, severe abdominal cramps, and diarrhea.
Treatment
Stop taking Diamox it depletes electrolytes from body and may cause you to land up in severe dehydration.
Take imodium(Loperamide) 2mg one tablet stat.
Make sporlac probiotic twice daily,Probiotics contains lactobacillus. These bacteria's help in proper digestion of food and will help to revive your depleted gastric flora.
Add Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily with flagyl 400mg thrice daily.
Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration–You need to drink more than usual to replace the fluids lost from diarrhoea.
Take juices rich in potassium.
