I drunk alcohol and took adderall and I started seeing shadows moving and I'm really paranoid and I didnt have anxiety before but now I do and it's really bad, and my heart starts beating really really fast and my legs or hands start shaking and it gets hard tk breathe a little bit. What is causing this, should I go to a doctor?

Hi,

The symptoms that you have described appear to be the adverse effects of Adderall, which is well known to cause hallucinations and delusions. Alcohol is also likely to have contributed to your tremors and anxiety. In my opinion, you should not neglect this and consult a doctor as soon as possible.

Best wishes.
