Can Surgery Done To Treat Collar-bone Cause Hair Loss?

Hello Doctor! I'm 31 years old. 4 months ago, i met with a road accident and broke my left collar bone. I had to undergo surgery. I'm better now. The problem i'm facing right now is Hair fall. I'm losing about 50-100 strands a day. When i apply oil, i'm losing more than 150 strands. I went to a dermatologist and she suggested me to apply togain 10 solution morning and evening for a month. I'm doing it for last 2 days. My question is, what happens if i stop using it after a month? will i be facing more hair fall? Does it have any side effects? Please guide me. Thank you!

The hair fall is the associated with fracture of the collar bone.
Hair fall is caused by weak hair roots and fragile hair shafts.
Hair roots become weak due to lack of proper nutrition especially proteins.
Stress is another cause of hair fall.
Road accident and fracture could be the precipitating cause of stress and thus hair fall.
Dandruff can also cause hair fall.
Dandruff is an fungal infection.
Dandruff control is also required to control the hair fall.
Topical medication may be required.
You need to consult your dermatologist for prescription of appropriate drugs.
You also need to improve your diet to strengthen your hair roots.
