Hello,

Stress and physical exertion worsen cardiomyopathy. Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated. An echo test is required to assess the functional status of the heart.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
