Can Stress Or Workouts Cause Cricopharyngeal Spasms?

Hi there, I am a relatively healthy 46 year old, on and off I ve been experiencing neck soreness a,nig with headache, I was told it was fro stress and that it was cricoid spasm? It does come and go however lately hasn t gone..muscle aches, headache, fatigue, I ve been working in my yard and garden a lot this year..maybe Lyme? I m not one to go to the doctor but I m not feeling myself. Any suggestions?

Surely not lime. But may be dyselectrolemia/ other cause of generalised fatigue. Visit ur nearest physician
