Hi! I have a question. I was supposed to start my period on Sunday, February 6th. I have very regular periods. My cycle is always 28 days. Instead, I started on Thursday, February 10th. I am sure this happened because I was under a lot of stress because my car was stolen.

My question is: will my next period start on Sunday, March 6th like it should've if I would have started Sunday, Feb. 6th? Or do you think it will start on Thursday, March 10th since I was late that one time? I would like to be on my regular schedule again.

i do not take birth control. And I have been starting on a Sunday consistently for several years.
