Can Stress Cause Shivers And Heaviness In Head?

hi doctor i have been suffering from a lot of stress for years and now at the moment i am getting shivering feeling in side my chest all the time and i have very heavy head and ulling feeling inside my head i have taken pain killers but nothing seems to work and i have taken calming tablets for my shivering feeling that hasnt workrd everytime i am faved with a challenge i feel i am going to pass out
