Can Stress Cause Atrial Fibrillation And Psoriasis?

My boss is trying to ruin me. He stresses me out and I can t sleep and when I do I have nightmares about him ruining my work, my reputation and my peace of mind. MY docotrs says I have afib and psoriasis. Can these be caused by this stree? If so how can I deal with this abusive boss? I want to stay home but I am afraid to take sick leave for this
