As such stress or extreme stress is not a causative factors in case of pancreatitis .But if someone is taking alcohol to relieve stress for very long time then it can cause pancreatitis . pancreatitis may range fron mild discomfort to life threatening condition ,so immediate start of treatment is must .
Fluid therapy along with some other pain medicine prove to be a good treatment.
hope your concern has been resolved.
