Hi... Storvas contain active ingredient called ATORVASTATIN which reduces blood cholesterol levels and it is a commonly used drug.
It has very few side effects one of which is myopathy, that is it can cause muscle pain, inflammation and weakness.
your pain in arm can be attributed to it, but i do not think headache and brest pain are attributed to the affects of this drug. so i would recommend,
1. Discontinue drug for 1 to 2 weeks if symptoms reduce, you can meet doctor and ask for alternative drug
2.Do muscle enzyme test such as CPK levels to look for evidence of muscle injury.
