Can Stiff Neck After Consuming Sodium Rich Food Be A Sign Of Hypertension?

Hello, after eating something high in sodium, I frequently get a stiff neck shortly thereafter. I have never been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I am 33 yrs old and weigh 189lbs. I just wanted to know whether that means i am on the verge of having high blood pressure.

Hi
I read your query and understand your concern
It is known that foods which contain sodium can cause high blood pressure but that happens after consuming for a long time sodium
Taking sodium now can damage you in future years it doesn't provoke hypertension right now so those two events aren't connected
Stiff neck probably is a muscular problem (fibromyalgia)
Hope my answer clarifies your doubts
Don't hesitate to contact for further questions
