Dear Patient,
Thank you very much for your question. As I aware many people who are afraid of contracting HIV are mostly at low risk , though suffer from anxiety disorder. Your HIV obsession and repeated testing is a sign of obsessive compulsive disorder which comes under the category of anxiety disorders.
In your case my recommendation is to consult your family doctor and perhaps he might direct you to a psychiatrist. Cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT along with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors like Sertraline or Fluvoxamine can be helpful to treat your condition. Also you can do deep muscular relaxation or yoga to relax yourself when you feel stressed and anxious. I personally also believe meditation can improve your OCD by learning how to control your thoughts and overactive mind concentrating only about your breathing. Try to make friends and talk to somebody who loves you can really help you to deal with this problem. OCD is a very common neurotic disorder and do not worry with the help of your psychiatrist you can resolve it. I hope that I answered your question.
Good luck!
