Can Sinus Cause Yellow Nose Bleeds?

Had spontaneous watery yellow nose bleed this morning - never had before. OK now but occurs again if you bend down to the floor. Feel fine otherwise! Hear it might be something to do with sinuses? Not been a sinus sufferer in the past, not had a cold or illness recently.

I think thats not bleeding actually. Probably its some kind of infective nidus settled inside sinus cavities that needs to be removed after establishing the location n causative organism. Get a X Ray PNS done and contact ENT doctor.
